My now personal twitter feed started as purely being family related @ideasfordad, I was also tweeting daily ideas for dads to consider. Not because I think fathers need patronising and are hopeless, like so many other people seem to, but just as a source of ideas of cool stuff to do with the kids. I’ve been meaning to construct an ideas list for ‘dad time’ for a long time, hopefully in 2012 I may. There is an ideas for dads section on the site and I hope that when it gets going it’ll really rock.
In spring 2011, I started a creative and messy play blog, which I have since bought into this blog, it doesn’t get updated anywhere near as often as it should, as Matilda and I do some more of creative or messy play everyday and this is why I would never call myself a blogger!
I also started a project called Songs for Tilly documenting some of the songs I made up for her and some of the favourites when I used to sing her to sleep every night. I think this will burst to life again once the second one arrives.
Over time I hope that I will at least create a good documentation of some of my parenting experiences that I will enjoy, if someone else enjoys them all the better.
